 FOR ALL UK CLIENTS: At the scheduled time of your appointment Carole will connect with you on the apparatus agreed, i.e, Phone, Restream Studio, Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype. It is important you are ready and available for your appointment. Failure to answer the call on the supplied number, or app connection will be deemed as a missed appointment. This will result in 100% of the booking fee being retained. 

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS: Avoid a missed appointment! Skype users. If you are calling outside of the UK please add Carole prior to your appointment; Skype User Name; Carole.Bromley (please make sure you contact us prior to your appointment if you have any problems with this, or any connection, we cannot be responsible for your missed reading.)

 GENERAL TERMS: At the start of your reading you can discuss with Carole which type of reading you prefer (psychic, spiritual, card or a bit of everything.) It is important you mention within the first 5-7 minutes if you do not feel a connection with Carole. This will allow the reading to be terminated and for Carole to offer a full refund, otherwise full payment will be retained. We also recommend you being prompt for your reading. Lateness may result in time deducted from your appointed time with Carole. However, there may be times Carole may need to apologise for running late (which can be up to, but no later than 10 minutes) or need to reschedule your appointment - in either case you will be notified on the number or email address supplied.
