Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Appointments are only confirmed once payment has been received.

  • Prices are displayed in GBP and may change without notice.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.

  • In the event that Carole Bromley needs to cancel, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.

All sessions are treated with respect and discretion. Personal information shared during a reading will remain confidential and will never be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
