1. Booking a Session

• All sessions are booked in advance via my website or by direct arrangement.

• Appointments are confirmed once full payment has been received.

• By booking, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and that you have read and agreed to my Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Preparing for Your Reading

You do not need to prepare anything special for your session. Simply come with an open heart and mind.

You may wish to:

• Bring a question or area of focus

• Have pen and paper nearby

• Choose a quiet, comfortable space (for online or phone sessions)

 

Readings work best when you are relaxed and present.

 

3. During Your Session

Sessions are held in a calm, respectful, and confidential space.

 

My role is to:

• Share intuitive and spiritual guidance with honesty and care

• Work ethically and compassionately

• Create a safe environment for emotional expression

Your role is to:

• Engage respectfully

• Take responsibility for your own choices and wellbeing

• Understand that guidance is spiritual in nature and not professional advice

If at any time you feel overwhelmed, you may pause or stop the session.

 

4. Emotional Wellbeing & Support

Spiritual work can be deeply moving. While many clients find sessions healing and uplifting, emotions may arise.

My services are not a substitute for:

If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, I gently encourage you to seek support from a qualified professional alongside any spiritual guidance.

 

5. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.

• If I need to cancel, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

 

6. Confidentiality

Everything shared in your session is treated with respect and discretion.

Your personal information and session content will:

• Only be disclosed if required by law

 

7. Recording Policy

To protect privacy and the integrity of spiritual work:

Unauthorised recording may result in the session being terminated and future services declined.

• The work is being misused

You may wish to:

• Journal

• Sit quietly with what you’ve received

• Allow insights to settle naturally
