BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS Appointments, events, courses and services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. Appointments are confirmed only when full payment has been received. The date and time offered are reserved exclusively for you once payment has been received. Failure to make payment within the requested timeframe may result in the appointment being released. REFUND POLICY Due to the nature of spiritual, intuitive and digital services, all payments are non-refundable. GUARDIAN ANGEL LETTERS Guardian Angel Letters are personalised spiritual guidance letters prepared intuitively and delivered electronically. As each letter is individually prepared and personalised, purchases are non-refundable once work has commenced. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending upon demand. REIKI TRAINING COURSES Course fees include training, materials and certification where applicable. Venue-based courses may require advance preparation, venue hire and printed materials. Course fees become non-refundable once materials have been prepared or purchased on behalf of the student. Students are responsible for completing any required coursework or assessments where applicable. EVENTS & DEMONSTRATIONS Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. If an event is postponed, tickets will normally be transferred to the new date. Demonstrations of mediumship are provided for entertainment purposes only. Not every attendee is guaranteed a personal message or communication. RECORDING POLICY Audio recordings, video recordings, screen recordings and live streaming of appointments, readings, courses or events are strictly prohibited. Written note-taking is permitted. If recording is suspected or discovered, the session may be terminated immediately without refund.
