Carole Bromley accepts a limited number of private consultations to ensure each client receives the highest standard of personal attention and care. As a result, appointment availability is often restricted and advance booking is recommended.
To ensure fairness for those wishing to secure a future appointment, a private wait list is now available.
Please note that once an appointment has been offered and accepted, payment must be received on the same day in order to confirm and secure the booking. If payment is not received within this time, the appointment will be released and offered to the next client on the wait list. Should an earlier appointment become available, clients on the wait list will be contacted in priority order.

Privacy & Recording Policy
All consultations are conducted in the strictest confidence and are intended to provide a private and personal experience for both client and practitioner. Audio recordings, video recordings, screen recordings, photographs, and the use of recording devices are strictly prohibited during consultations. Clients are welcome to make written notes for their personal use during the appointment.
By booking a consultation, clients agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or share any part of the consultation in any format.
Should Carole Bromley reasonably believe that a consultation is being recorded, photographed, or otherwise captured without authorisation, she reserves the right to terminate the consultation immediately. In such circumstances, the appointment will be deemed cancelled by the client and no refund will be payable.
