By using this website, purchasing a service, booking an appointment, attending an event, enrolling on a course or purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following Terms, Disclaimer & Refund Policy.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT

All services offered through this website are strictly for individuals aged 18 years or over. By booking or purchasing any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Appointments, events, courses and services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. Appointments are confirmed only when full payment has been received. The date and time offered are reserved exclusively for you once payment has been received. Failure to make payment within the requested timeframe may result in the appointment being released.

4. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of spiritual, intuitive and digital services, all payments are non-refundable.Refunds will not be provided for:

• Missed appointments

• Failure to attend an event

• Change of mind

• Dissatisfaction with information received

• Digital products already delivered

• Guardian Angel Letters already prepared or delivered

Where appropriate, rescheduling may be offered at my discretion

5. RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.Requests to reschedule will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in future bookings being declined.

6. READINGS DISCLAIMER

Psychic and mediumship readings are offered in good faith and are intended to provide spiritual insight, guidance and personal reflection. Information provided during a reading should never be considered a substitute for:

• Medical advice

• Mental health support

• Legal advice

• Financial advice

• Professional counselling.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions and life choices. No guarantee can be given regarding the accuracy, interpretation or outcome of information received.

7. EMAIL-DELIVERED SERVICES

Email-delivered services, including but not limited to Guardian Angel Letters, intuitive guidance letters and other personalised written spiritual guidance services, are individually prepared and tailored to each client. As each service involves personal preparation, intuitive work and the allocation of time specifically for the client, purchases are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending upon demand, workload, holidays, unforeseen circumstances or the nature of the service requested.

8. TRAINING COURSES, WORKSHOPS & EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES

Fees for training courses, workshops, educational programmes, webinars and other learning experiences may include tuition, course materials, manuals, handouts, venue costs, certification and administrative preparation where applicable.

As many courses require advance planning, venue hire, printed materials, digital resources and other preparations undertaken specifically for participants, course fees become non-refundable once materials have been prepared, purchased or allocated on behalf of the student.

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and for completing any coursework, practical requirements, assessments or certification criteria where applicable.

Carole Bromley reserves the right to amend course content, delivery methods, venues or schedules where reasonably necessary, while ensuring that the overall learning experience and objectives are maintained.

9. EVENTS & DEMONSTRATIONS

Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. If an event is postponed, tickets will normally be transferred to the new date. Demonstrations of mediumship are provided for entertainment purposes only. Not every attendee is guaranteed a personal message or communication.

10. RECORDING POLICY

Audio recordings, video recordings, screen recordings and live streaming of appointments, readings, courses or events are strictly prohibited. Written note-taking is permitted. If recording is suspected or discovered, the session may be terminated immediately without refund.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, training materials, course manuals, digital content, publications, podcasts, audio recordings and downloadable resources, remains the intellectual property of Carole Bromley Psychic Medium® and/or The Night Whisperer® unless otherwise stated. No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, adapted or sold without prior written permission.

12. RESPECT & BOUNDARIES

I reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate services where:

• Boundaries are not respected

• Fraudulent activity is suspected

• These terms are breached

This ensures a safe and respectful environment for all clients and students.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carole Bromley Psychic Medium® and The Night Whisperer® shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, services, products, courses or events.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of Beyond the Senses — A Journey into Psychic & Mediumship Development, Self-Discovery & Personal Growth, provided by Carole Bromley, trading as Carole Bromley Spiritual Academy.

1. Course Purchase and Access

Beyond the Senses is an online, self-study course containing six modules and 38 lessons, with supporting resources as described on the course page. It is intended for adults aged 18 and over. No previous experience is required.

The course is purchased with a one-off payment of £19.99. There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal.

Payment is made through our Wix website. Following successful payment, enrolment instructions for Knola will be sent to the email address supplied when purchasing. You may need to create a learner account or sign in. Please use the same email address you used for your purchase.

Your personal course access begins when you enrol following payment and has no set expiry date. Access remains available for as long as Knola continues operating and the course remains hosted and accessible on the platform. This is not a guarantee of lifetime access.

The six-week schedule is a suggested learning plan, not an access deadline.

If closure of Knola or a significant change to its service affects course access, we will give reasonable advance notice wherever possible and explain the available arrangements.

We will take reasonable steps to preserve access, which may include moving the course to another suitable platform. Where available, students will also have an opportunity to download resources intended for download.

If we cannot continue providing access as agreed, we will explain and provide any remedy required by consumer law, which may include an appropriate refund. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Personal Use and Intellectual Property

Your purchase and learner account are for your personal use only. Do not share your login details or private enrolment link.

You may view course materials and download or print resources made available for that purpose for your own learning.

Except as permitted by law, you must not distribute, publish, resell, share or reproduce course videos, lessons, PDFs, worksheets

These terms apply specifically to Beyond the Senses and take precedence over any conflicting general terms on this page. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Please read these terms before purchasing. They explain what your purchase includes, how you access the course and your cancellation and consumer rights.

2. About the course

Beyond the Senses is an online, self-study course exploring intuition, psychic awareness, beginning mediumship, ethics and personal development.

The course includes six modules and 38 lessons, with supporting exercises and resources as described on the course page.

Although presented as a six-week journey, you can work through the materials at your own pace while your course access remains available. No previous experience is required.

The course is for adults aged 18 and over.

3. Price and payment

The course price is £19.99, payable in full through our Wix website.

This is a one-off payment. It does not create a subscription or automatic renewal.

Your purchase provides access for one learner. Please check your email address carefully when paying, as your enrolment instructions will be sent there.

4. Accessing your course

The course is hosted on Knola. After successful payment, you will receive an email containing your enrolment link and instructions.

You may need to register or sign in to a Knola account. Please use the same email address you used when purchasing.

Access period: Your course access begins when you enrol following payment and has no set expiry date. Access remains available for as long as Knola continues operating and the course remains hosted and accessible on the platform. This is not a guarantee of lifetime access.

The six-week schedule is a suggested learning plan, not an access deadline. You can work at your own pace and revisit lessons while your access remains available.

If closure of Knola or a significant change to its service affects course access, we will give reasonable advance notice wherever possible and explain the available arrangements.

You will need a suitable device, an internet connection, an email account and a current browser. Resources supplied as PDFs require a suitable PDF reader.

If your access email does not arrive, check your junk or spam folder and contact carole@carolebromley.com. Please do not purchase the course again to resolve an access problem.

5. Cancellation and refunds

When purchasing online, you normally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract.

If you wish to receive the digital course content during that period, we will ask for your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that you lose your statutory change-of-mind cancellation right once supply begins.

This consent and acknowledgement must be obtained before supply begins and will be confirmed in your purchase confirmation.

Where those requirements have been met and supply has begun, we do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind, do not complete the course or decide it is unsuitable for your personal preferences.

Payment alone, or acceptance of these terms alone, does not remove your statutory cancellation right. If the requirements for immediate digital supply have not been met, your applicable cancellation rights remain.

To exercise an available cancellation right, email carole@carolebromley.com with your name, purchase email address, order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not have to use a particular form.

Where a cancellation refund is legally due, it will be made within the applicable statutory deadline, normally within 14 days of being informed of your cancellation, using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

These provisions concern digital content. They do not remove any separate cancellation rights that apply to services included in your purchase.

Nothing in these terms removes your rights if the course is faulty, unavailable or not as described. Remedies may include repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or refund.

6. Learning and support

This is a self-study course. Live teaching, private readings, individual coaching and Reiki attunements are not included unless expressly stated in your purchase description.

Course support

For help accessing your course or clarification of its lessons and exercises, email carole@carolebromley.com. Where available, you may also use the course platform’s question facility.

While your course access remains available, you may contact us for reasonable assistance with access and questions about the supplied materials.

Support does not include private readings, counselling, individual coaching, live tuition or assessment of personal spiritual experiences.

Questions are answered as soon as reasonably practicable. Responses are not immediate, and this is not an emergency support service. If a query requires further investigation, we will let you know.

Your progress will depend on your own participation, practice and circumstances. No particular psychic experience, spiritual connection, professional outcome or income is guaranteed.

Any completion certificate recognises completion of this course. It is not a regulated professional qualification or a licence to practise.

7. Wellbeing and responsible participation

The course is provided for spiritual education and personal development. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, psychological therapy or legal or financial advice, and is not a substitute for appropriate professional support.

Work at a pace that feels comfortable. You may pause or stop an exercise if it causes discomfort.

Respect other people’s privacy, boundaries and beliefs. Obtain their consent before involving them in practice exercises, and do not present practice impressions as established facts or professional advice.

Nothing in this section reduces our responsibility to provide the course with the care and quality required by law.

8. Personal use and copyright

Course materials are protected by copyright and remain the property of Carole Bromley or their identified owners.

Your course account and enrolment link are for your personal use only.

You may use the materials for your own learning and download or print resources where those options are provided.

Except as permitted by law, you must not share your login or private enrolment link, distribute or sell the materials, upload them publicly, or reproduce them for teaching or commercial use without prior written permission.

9. Technical problems and changes

Please email carole@carolebromley.com promptly if a technical problem prevents you from using the course. Include your purchase email address, a description of what happened, and the device and browser you used.

Temporary maintenance or technical faults may occasionally interrupt access. We will take reasonable steps to investigate, assist with access and work with the platform provider where necessary.

Using a third-party platform does not remove our obligations to you or your statutory consumer rights.

We may make reasonable updates to improve the materials, correct errors or accommodate changes in technology. Updates will not materially reduce the content or benefits you purchased.

We will notify you of significant changes affecting your use of the course. If we cannot provide the course as agreed, we will explain the available options and provide any remedy required by consumer law.

10. Privacy

We use your personal information to process your purchase, arrange course access and provide relevant support.

Wix processes information connected with your purchase. Knola processes information connected with your learner account and use of the course.

Purchasing the course does not, by itself, mean you have agreed to receive unrelated marketing emails.

11. Questions and complaints

We will investigate and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days. If we need longer, we will explain why and keep you informed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
