By using this website, purchasing a service, booking an appointment, attending an event, enrolling on a course or purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following Terms, Disclaimer & Refund Policy.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED

All services are offered in good faith and are intended for personal insight, spiritual exploration and entertainment purposes where applicable.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT
All services offered through this website are strictly for individuals aged 18 years or over. By booking or purchasing any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Appointments, events, courses and services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. Appointments are confirmed only when full payment has been received. The date and time offered are reserved exclusively for you once payment has been received. Failure to make payment within the requested timeframe may result in the appointment being released.

4. REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of spiritual, intuitive and digital services, all payments are non-refundable.Refunds will not be provided for:
• Missed appointments
• Failure to attend an event
• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with information received
• Digital products already delivered
• Guardian Angel Letters already prepared or delivered
Where appropriate, rescheduling may be offered at my discretion
5. RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.Requests to reschedule will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in future bookings being declined.
6. READINGS DISCLAIMER
Psychic and mediumship readings are offered in good faith and are intended to provide spiritual insight, guidance and personal reflection. Information provided during a reading should never be considered a substitute for:
• Medical advice
• Mental health support
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Professional counselling.
Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions and life choices. No guarantee can be given regarding the accuracy, interpretation or outcome of information received.
7. EMAIL-DELIVERED SERVICES
Email-delivered services, including but not limited to Guardian Angel Letters, intuitive guidance letters and other personalised written spiritual guidance services, are individually prepared and tailored to each client. As each service involves personal preparation, intuitive work and the allocation of time specifically for the client, purchases are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending upon demand, workload, holidays, unforeseen circumstances or the nature of the service requested.
8. TRAINING COURSES, WORKSHOPS & EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES
Fees for training courses, workshops, educational programmes, webinars and other learning experiences may include tuition, course materials, manuals, handouts, venue costs, certification and administrative preparation where applicable.
As many courses require advance planning, venue hire, printed materials, digital resources and other preparations undertaken specifically for participants, course fees become non-refundable once materials have been prepared, purchased or allocated on behalf of the student.
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and for completing any coursework, practical requirements, assessments or certification criteria where applicable.
Carole Bromley reserves the right to amend course content, delivery methods, venues or schedules where reasonably necessary, while ensuring that the overall learning experience and objectives are maintained.
9. EVENTS & DEMONSTRATIONS
Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. If an event is postponed, tickets will normally be transferred to the new date. Demonstrations of mediumship are provided for entertainment purposes only. Not every attendee is guaranteed a personal message or communication.
10. RECORDING POLICY
Audio recordings, video recordings, screen recordings and live streaming of appointments, readings, courses or events are strictly prohibited. Written note-taking is permitted. If recording is suspected or discovered, the session may be terminated immediately without refund.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, training materials, course manuals, digital content, publications, podcasts, audio recordings and downloadable resources, remains the intellectual property of Carole Bromley Psychic Medium® and/or The Night Whisperer® unless otherwise stated. No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, adapted or sold without prior written permission.

This ensures a safe and respectful environment for all clients and students.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carole Bromley Psychic Medium® and The Night Whisperer® shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, services, products, courses or events.
BEYOND THE SENSES Course Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of Beyond the Senses - A Journey into Psychic & Medimship Development, Self-Discovery & Personal Growth, provided by Carole Bromley.
By purchasing the course, yoou agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Course Purchase an dAccess
Beyond the Senses is purchased by a one-tim epayment. There is no recurring course subscription.
Your purchase provides personal, ongoing access to the course whihle it remains available through Carole Bromley or its designated course-platform.
The course may be updated, revised or moved to another suitable platform where reasonably necessary.
In circumstances including retirement, cessation of trading, withdrawal of the course, closure or significant alteration of a third-party hosting platform, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, continued access cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.
Where reasonably practicable, students will be given appropriate notice of a significant change affecting course access and an opportunity to download any downloadable materials that are available to them.
2. Personal Use
Your course purchase and login are for your personal use only.
Course access, login details, videos, lessons PDFs, worksheets, exercises and other materials must not be shared with another person, copied, distributed, published, resold or otherwise made available without written permission.
All course materials remain the intellectual property of Carole Bromely unless otherwise stated.
3. Refunds and Cancellation
Because Beyond the Senses contains digital course content that can be accessed following purchase, special cancellation rules apply.
Where immediate access to the digital content is provided during the statutory 14-day cancellation period, you will be asked to expressly consent to receiving the digital content immediately and acknowledge that, once supply of that digital content begins, you lose your statutory right to cancel under the applicable cooling-off provisions. This consent and acknowledgement should be obtained as part of the purchase process.
This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of UK consumer law. Remedies may include repair or replacement and, in qualifying circumstances, a price reduction or refund.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Course Content and Results
Beyond the Senses is a personal and spiritual development course. Individual experiences and results will naturally vary.
Completion of the course does not guarantee that a student will develop a particular psychic or mediumistic ability or achieve any particular personal or professional outcome.
The course does not confer a professional qualification or certify the student as a professional psychic or medium.
Any Certificate of Completion confirms that the student has completed the course only.
5. Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for progressing through the course at a pace that is comfortable for them and for deciding whether particular exercises or practices are suitable for them.
Course material is provided for educational and personal-development purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
6. Third-Party Course Platform
The course may be delivered through a third-party learning platform.
Carole Bromley Spiritual Academy cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of a third-party service and will not be responsible for temporary interruptions or technical problems outside its reasonable control.
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, assistance will be provided to students experiencing genuine problems accessing purchased course content.
7. Questions and Student Communication
Where the course platform provides facilities for students to submit questions, these facilities are intended for questions relating to the course and its lessons.
Submission of a question does not guarantee an immediate response, and response times may vary.
8. Changes to the Course
Carole Bromley Spiritual Academy may make reasonable amendments, improvements and updates to course lessons, resources, exercises and presentation.
Such changes may be made to improve the learning experience, maintain accuracy or accommodate changes in technology or course delivery.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and nothing within them affects any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
