It is important you are ready and available for your appointment. Failure to answer the call on the supplied number, or app connection will be deemed as a missed appointment. This will result in 100% of the booking fee being retained. GENERAL TERMS: At the start of your reading you can discuss with Carole which type of reading you prefer (psychic, spiritual, card or a bit of everything.) It is important you mention within the first 5-7 minutes if you do not feel a connection with Carole. This will allow the reading to be terminated and for Carole to offer a full refund, otherwise full payment will be retained. We also recommend you being prompt for your reading.
