This Gold Star Service offers up to a ONE hour consultation to allow a deeper insight into specific areas of life interest. Carole will use her psychic abilities to discover issues that may haunt you from your past, and guidance in how to remove difficult blocks. Memories in messages come from your loved ones in heaven, these too will be important validation to you. NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS: At the scheduled time of your appointment Carole will connect with you on the apparatus agreed, i.e, Phone, Zoom, WhatsApp, Facetime. Please let us know if your preference is other than ZOOM. It is important you are ready and available for your appointment. Failure to answer the call on the supplied number, or app connection will be deemed as a missed appointment. This will result in 100% of the booking fee being retained. GENERAL TERMS: At the start of your reading you can discuss with Carole which type of reading you prefer (psychic, spiritual, card or a bit of everything.) It is important you mention within the first 5-7 minutes if you do not feel a connection with Carole. This will allow the reading to be terminated and for Carole to offer a full refund, otherwise full payment will be retained. We also recommend you being prompt for your reading. Lateness may result in time deducted from your appointed time with Carole. However, there may be times Carole may need to apologise for running late (which can be up to, but no later than 10 minutes) or need to reschedule your appointment - in either case you will be notified on the number or email address supplied. Appointments cannot be cancelled and refunds are not offered so please make sure you are able to commit to the allotted time you have chosen.
